Initiatives I have supported:
Long Range Facility Plan that expands opportunities for students by ensuring more balanced enrollment numbers across campuses and support for impacted employees to promote retention of our highly qualified teachers and support staff.
Data-driven 2022 bond program approved by voters to ensure equitable education facilities across the district through significant campus renovation or systems and compliance upgrades for every district campus or auxiliary facility based on the unique needs of each property.
Athletics alignment for 9-12 to provide student athletes with stronger team building, coaching, and availability of advancement.
Expansion of fine arts programs in middle school so every student can choose what they are passionate about.
Development of the Wildcat Collegiate academy and expansion of other dual credit opportunities.
Rigorous program evaluation and future program development to ensure that we have high-impact programs that reach the maximum number of kids.
