Safety and Security

Initiatives I have supported:

  1. Upgraded school bus fleet with additional safety technology to keep kids safe.

  2. Plano ISD’s Unique School Marshal program that ensures every primary campus has a highly qualified marshal to provide safety and security, keep students and staff safe, and keep teachers teaching.

  3. Continued collaboration with law enforcement in the municipalities within PISD to continue providing School Resource Officers (SROs) for secondary campuses.

  4. Critical infrastructure and technology upgrades to our school campuses as supported by the 2022 bond package passed by voters.
